Senior and Youth Engagement

Bridging Generations and Building Community!

At SAINT, we are dedicated to fostering meaningful connections between Indian seniors and the youth of Tucson. Through collaborative events, cultural exchanges, and mentorship programs, we create opportunities for intergenerational bonding and mutual learning.

Our past initiatives include:

  • India Independence Art Competition – Encouraging young artists to celebrate Indian heritage through creativity.

  • Essay Writing Competition – Engaging students in thought-provoking discussions on diversity, equality, and inclusion.

 

By working together, we celebrate traditions, share experiences, and build a stronger, more connected community. Join us in bridging generations!

New Year, New Classes – TMC for Seniors
Kick off the new year with TMC for Seniors and explore a variety of engaging classes and workshops designed to promote active aging! This January, we’re focusing on physical, mental, and social well-being, offering yoga, art workshops, health talks, and intergenerational programs.

Each Brain Matters – Free Community Symposium

Join The Center for Neurosciences Foundation for a free community symposium dedicated to brain health and aging. This event, “Each Brain Matters,” brings together leading neurology and neuroscience specialists to discuss vital topics such as Alzheimer’s research, stroke prevention, hearing loss, pain management, cognitive issues, and grief in later life.
